Cyd Innovation provide 3 RICS Home Survey types. Level 2 (Homebuyer), Level 3, or a Home Valuation Report. Cyd Innovation will help your dicuss your options, and provide expert guidance on the best home survey for you.
Typically, the only difference is determined by the type of property you have. Level 2 assesses: Newer properties or homes with no significant alterations. Level 3 home surveys assess older or period properties, home with visible damage or alterations, and homes with no significant alterations.
If any of our home surveys have unearthed property defects, you’ll be entitled to reduce any offer you may have made. If you inform the relevant personnel, such as estate agents, you can then make a new offer which takes into account the issues identified via the home survey. Encouraging full renegotiation.
