We are a social enterprise that delivers independent quality assurance, strategic guidance and seamless project management with social values embedded at every stage.
Our retrofit experts alongside our clients and suppliers to raise standards, accelerate innovation, and build a culture of collaboration, purpose, and real-world impact.
Our Story
This business was founded with a simple belief – the path to a low carbon future should be clearer, faster and more collaborative.
Our founder, Steven, had spent years working across energy efficiency, retrofit and public sector delivery. He’d seen first-hand the frustration of good ideas getting lost in complexity and the real cost when homes, communities and supply chains were left behind.
In 2023, he set up a home energy consultancy with a clear purpose: to bring people together, break down barriers, and help turn Net Zero ambition into action, starting where the need was greatest.
Our first phase of work focused on supporting Welsh Social Housing Providers and Local Authorities to accelerate progress towards low carbon, warm and healthy homes. This is a sector our retrofit experts know well.
Between us, our team brings over 30 years of experience in energy efficiency retrofit for the public sector – designing projects, securing funding, building supply chains and managing delivery on the ground. This puts us in a unique position to foster collaboration, overcome challenges, and unlock real progress for people and places across the UK.
But this is just the beginning.

At the heart of our work lies a simple conviction: projects and investments should leave a legacy that’s greater than profit.
In Wales, for example, we have a have a target of bringing affordable warmth to 50,000 homes over the next five years but to get to net zero is a massive challenge. It will require development of a competent and scalable supply chain and unprecedented levels of investment.
