A level 2 Survey is typically recommended for more modern properties, with a standard layout. A level 3 Survey (Structural Survey) is the most detailed survey which provides a comprehensive assessment of older properties, or those planning major renovations.
If any of our home surveys have unearthed property defects, you’ll be entitled to reduce any offer you may have made.
