After Cyd Innovation’s EPC assessors complete the survey, your energy performance certificate will be produced and sent over. Within this will document will be recommendations to improve your property’s energy performance and therefore EPC rating.
A standard EPC survey measures the energy performance of a given property. This is usually the first step in improving home energy efficiently. Within the PAS2035 Process, Cyd Innovation also provide Retrofit Assessments. Retrofit assessors carry out detailed evaluations of your home’s current energy performance, looking more deeply at the condition of your property and outlines the appropriate measurements to improve the EPC rating.
Cyd Innovation’s EPC Surveys start from £50, depending on the scale, and whether multiple properties are included.
An EPC Survey of your property will take no longer than an hour.
Upon booking your EPC Survey, our assessors visit your property for a brief inspection of fabrics, heating systems, lighting and measure key dimensions. All followed by sending over your EPC report which will include energy ratings, environmental impact ratings and potential energy saving strategies.
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in the UK is valid for 10 years, until a new energy performance certificate is produced.
