Retrofit assessment completed
STEP 3
Retrofit coordinator instructed for pre-coordination
STEP 4
Installer instructed to complete tech survey and upload documents to pashub
STEP 5
Retrofit coordinator approves tech survey and pre-installation documents
STEP 6
Installer instructed to proceed with installation
STEP 7
Installation complete, installer uploads mid & post installation evidence and documents to pashub
STEP 8
Retrofit coordinator audits post installation paperwork, evidence and documentation. Any remedials sent to installer and evidence uploaded to pashub
STEP 9
Retrofit coordinator final review
STEP 10
Lodged with Trustmark if compliant
STEP 11
Letter of compliance issued if paperwork / process is compliant
