Almost all of the data we hold about you is stored on secure servers. We use HubSpot to process our contact lists which has staff based outside the EEA, and stores your data outside the EEA. HubSpot complies with both the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce, regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, respectively, to the United States. This ensures that any information you provide is treated just as safely and securely as it would be within the UK and under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Information derived from cookies are shared with Google and used for Google Analytics, which can be held by Google on servers within the EEA or the USA. All actions by Google in relation to the data of persons in the UK are subject to the GDPR and does not show who individual visitors are.
