Cyd Innovation’s 2025: A Year of Growth, Impact, and Empowerment

2025 has been a transformative year. Defined by bold strides in sustainability, community impact, and most notably, the growth of our exceptional team in a bid to achieve our vision of healthy, energy efficient Homes, for everyone.
As we continue to lead in the net zero housing and retrofit sectors, our people remain at the heart of our mission. With growing expectations, and a remarkable growth in demand for our unique offerings, we’ve made significant developments across departments, with new roles, expanded responsibilities, and a deepening of our commitment to social value.
Check out how the Cyd family continues to grow:

Retrofit Excellence: Scaling Cyd’s Impact
Our retrofit services have expanded significantly, and with that, so has our dedicated team RICS-certified experts:
Sebastian Fox, Lynn Partington, Charlene Jones, and Davey Abram have each taken on enhanced responsibilities as Retrofit Coordinators, leading complex PAS2035 projects across the UK. Their coordination has ensured high-quality delivery and compliance, helping social landlords meet sustainability goals.
Andrew Newland and James Garrigan as Retrofit Assessors have been instrumental in streamlining our assessment processes. Their work has improved turnaround times and data accuracy, directly contributing to a huge increase in organisational success within retrofit, maintaining our high standards.
Driving Growth and Recognition in Sustainability and Social Value
Our commitment to social value has never been stronger, with shifting regulations and industry demands being accounted for, thanks to the leadership of
Ciara Murray, our Sustainability and Social Value Manager, spearheading new initiatives aligned with the Well-being of Future Generations Act. Ciara’s work has helped quantify and communicate the social impact of our projects, making sustainability measurable and meaningful.
Ruby Garrigan, as Sustainability and Social Value Officer, has supported Ciara in embedding ESG principles across our operations. Her data-driven insights have been crucial in shaping our reporting and community engagement strategies, ensuring an organisation-wide policy of volunteering – encouraging Cyd’s engagement with local communities and organisations in need.
Building From Within
Our internal culture has flourished under the guidance of Jamie Davies, our HR Assistant, scouting and onboarding some of the best talent to ensure a brilliant workplace culture, maintained by wellbeing, supportive and inclusive workplace initiatives. All essential to our growth.
At Cyd Innovation, we don’t just meet the standard – we set it.

As our services grow, so does our need to communicate our values:
Joshua Jones, our Digital Marketing Manager, has led a complete overhaul of our digital presence, communicating Cyd’s growing ambitions from SEO to online marketing campaigns, elevating the brand’s visibility – with sights set on the upcoming Housing 2025 event.
Louise Millet and Hayley Warner, both Sales Executives, continue to build key client relationships within the industry. Identifying new market opportunities and partnerships, vital to the Cyd network. Their strategic success has been, and will continue to be key to Cyd’s commercial success as we look to expand our horizons across a portfolio of services.

Finance and Operations: Strengthening Our Core
Welcoming the backbone of our operations…Jo Bailey, our Accounts Assistant, has streamlined financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our reporting and budgeting, in a time where revenue and expenditure continue to grow to achieve our hard sought-after vision.
Andrew Fraser, as Operations Manager, is overseeing the scaling of Cyd’s services. Andrew ensures growth within each area remains sustainable, aligned with our mission and values. Detrimental to our culture at cyd, without any compromise to quality – ensuring consistency across all departments.
