With a decade in North Wales social housing and an ACCA from Bangor University, Gareth ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget and with community benefit front and centre. A family man and numbers enthusiast, he finds purpose in Cyd Innovation’s tangible impact on real lives.

David thrives at Cyd Innovation, where creativity and collaboration drive meaningful impact. With a passion for forward-thinking solutions, he brings energy and adaptability to every project in pursuit of a more sustainable built environment.

Passionate about sustainable innovation, Charlene uses project management and retrofit expertise to deliver energy-efficient solutions. With a BEng(Hons) and Level 5 Diploma, she thrives at Cyd Innovation’s collaborative, forward-thinking environment dedicated to reducing carbon and energy costs.

With over 12 years managerial experience across retail and energy, Andrew brings strong leadership and a Level 5 diploma in retrofit co-ordination and risk management. Known for his dry wit and love of football, he’s driven by a genuine alignment between Cyd Innovation’s mission and his own values.

Karen’s hands-on experience spans plumbing, social housing, and site management, bringing practical insight to every project. Creative in and out of work, she enjoys up-cycling furniture in her spare time. She excels in Cyd Innovation’s fast-moving environment, where no two days are the same.

Jamie blends agency-side recruitment experience with a Business Management degree to support inclusive, people-first processes. She specialises in DEI, system implementation and engagement strategies, and thrives in Cyd Innovation’s culture of wellbeing and creativity.

With a strong foundation in Finance, HR, and Payroll, Jo brings over two decades of experience, having grown from a part-time bookkeeper to General Manager and Director at my previous company. I'm ACCA qualified (though no longer registered) and passionate about continuous learning and leadership. Outside of work, Jo enjoys travelling, reading, and long walks, excited to join Cyd due to the workplace valuing inclusivity, transparency, and genuine connection

A passionate environmentalist with a 1st Class Geography degree, Ruby is dedicated to reducing fuel poverty and strengthening communities. Through local initiatives and sustainability projects, she finds daily meaning in the work she does at Cyd Innovation.

With a background in politics and sociology and experience across food and built environment sectors, Ciara leads on social value strategy and reporting. She values Cyd Innovation’s genuine integration of sustainability into its structure, and its honest, impact-led culture.

With over 20 years of leadership experience and CIPD/ILM qualifications, Victoria focuses on empowering people and building strong operational foundations. She enjoys working at Cyd Innovation because values like integrity and transparency guide real, community-focused impact.

Armed with a Level 3 in Energy Awareness and a background in public-facing roles, Sharon ensures clients feel genuinely heard and supported, bringing calm focus to every project. Always up for a challenge, outside of work she enjoys aerial arts and the occasional Tough Mudder.

With 20 years of experience, Louise excels at lead generation and relationship building. She brings energy and conversation to every collaboration and loves being part of a company where impact and enjoyment go hand in hand.

Currently completing a master’s in Building Surveying, Lynn has 16 years of sustainability sector experience and deep knowledge of PAS2035 and RdSAP. She loves the team spirit at Cyd Innovation and the opportunity to contribute to community change.

A lifelong martial arts and rugby fan, Andrew brings energy and passion to Cyd Innovation’s mission. He finds fulfilment in supporting projects that promote economic fairness, all while enjoying good coffee and conversation!

With a 1st class degree from Bangor University and 5 years of B2B marketing experience, Joshua leads on strategy, SEO, and campaign performance. He enjoys turning insight into action and seeing ideas deliver real results. Outside of work, he stays active through regular fitness training.

With a decade of experience in property and finance, including running his own brokerage, Adam brings entrepreneurial flair and a deep interest in housing and construction. Always eager to learn, he’s committed to making homes better and more efficient for the long term.

Sebastian is a dedicated Retrofit Coordinator passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency. Detail-oriented and impact-driven, he ensures high-quality, environmentally conscious projects—and loves working at Cyd, where thoughtful design and meaningful change come together to build a greener future.

Hayley is a sales professional with over 10 years of experience in sales and customer service, and 3 years specialising in business development, client relationships, and strategic operations across both B2B and B2C sectors. She enjoys the blend of creativity, strategy, and real-world impact that Cyd Innovation offers, along with the opportunity to support clients in the retrofit sector. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys acting, singing, and has a fondness for all things dark and spooky
