Adele holds 18 years’ experience in social housing, including 15 years as an on-site manager of planned works. Worked with leading RSLs across the Northwest, Adele has led the delivery decent homes, refurbishments, cyclical works, and new build developments. She maintains a passion about community regeneration and social value projects, alongside travelling and exploring various cultures.

With over 30 years of public sector experience, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for business process improvement. When she’s not keeping us all on track, you’ll likely find Kelly on the dance floor.

Award-winning social entrepreneur and founder of Cyd Innovation, Steven has global project management experience and a background in international politics. He’s passionate about strengthening Welsh communities through practical, people-focused projects that create lasting impact.

With a decade in North Wales social housing and an ACCA from Bangor University, Gareth ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget and with community benefit front and centre. A family man and numbers enthusiast, he finds purpose in Cyd Innovation’s tangible impact on real lives.

David thrives at Cyd Innovation, where creativity and collaboration drive meaningful impact. With a passion for forward-thinking solutions, he brings energy and adaptability to every project in pursuit of a more sustainable built environment.

Passionate about sustainable innovation, Charlene uses project management and retrofit expertise to deliver energy-efficient solutions. With a BEng(Hons) and Level 5 Diploma, she thrives at Cyd Innovation’s collaborative, forward-thinking environment dedicated to reducing carbon and energy costs.

With over 12 years managerial experience across retail and energy, Andrew brings strong leadership and a Level 5 diploma in retrofit co-ordination and risk management. Known for his dry wit and love of football, he’s driven by a genuine alignment between Cyd Innovation’s mission and his own values.

Karen’s hands-on experience spans plumbing, social housing, and site management, bringing practical insight to every project. Creative in and out of work, she enjoys up-cycling furniture in her spare time. She excels in Cyd Innovation’s fast-moving environment, where no two days are the same.

With 10 years experience in graphic design across sectors ranging from creative agency, fashion e-commerce and NGOs, Emily is able to respond to complex briefs. She enjoys collaborating across teams to achieve engaging creative outcomes. Outside of design work, she loves being in the garden, hiking and exploring North Wales.

Jamie blends agency-side recruitment experience with a Business Management degree to support inclusive, people-first processes. She specialises in DEI, system implementation and engagement strategies, and thrives in Cyd Innovation’s culture of wellbeing and creativity.

With a strong foundation in Finance, HR, and Payroll, Jo brings over two decades of experience, having grown from a part-time bookkeeper to General Manager and Director at my previous company. I'm ACCA qualified (though no longer registered) and passionate about continuous learning and leadership. Outside of work, Jo enjoys travelling, reading, and long walks, excited to join Cyd due to the workplace valuing inclusivity, transparency, and genuine connection

A passionate environmentalist with a 1st Class Geography degree, Ruby is dedicated to reducing fuel poverty and strengthening communities. Through local initiatives and sustainability projects, she finds daily meaning in the work she does at Cyd Innovation.

With 20 years of experience, Louise excels at lead generation and relationship building. She brings energy and conversation to every collaboration and loves being part of a company where impact and enjoyment go hand in hand.

Currently completing a master’s in Building Surveying, Lynn has 16 years of sustainability sector experience and deep knowledge of PAS2035 and RdSAP. She loves the team spirit at Cyd Innovation and the opportunity to contribute to community change.

With a 1st class degree from Bangor University and 5 years of B2B marketing experience, Joshua leads on strategy, SEO, and campaign performance. He enjoys turning insight into action and seeing ideas deliver real results. Outside of work, he stays active through regular fitness training.

With a decade of experience in property and finance, including running his own brokerage, Adam brings entrepreneurial flair and a deep interest in housing and construction. Always eager to learn, he’s committed to making homes better and more efficient for the long term.

Hayley is a sales professional with over 10 years of experience in sales and customer service, and 3 years specialising in business development, client relationships, and strategic operations across both B2B and B2C sectors. She enjoys the blend of creativity, strategy, and real-world impact that Cyd Innovation offers, along with the opportunity to support clients in the retrofit sector. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys acting, singing, and has a fondness for all things dark and spooky

Curious and driven to learn, Narisel has a passion for sustainability, innovation and creating positive impact. With a background in banking and digital finance, she is currently on placement in a field quite different from her studies, embracing the opportunity to grow and explore new challenges. She is happy to have joined Cyd Innovation, knowing she is contributing to work that helps build a better future while connecting with others and making a meaning full difference.
