Award-winning social entrepreneur and founder of Cyd Innovation, Steven has global project management experience and a background in international politics. He’s passionate about strengthening Welsh communities through practical, people-focused projects that create lasting impact.

Luke brings 15 years’ experience managing complex construction and infrastructure projects across the North West, with a strong focus on risk management, site coordination, and subcontractor performance. Luke spends his downtime walking the dog, cycling (usually in search of a good pub!) or keeping fit with kettlebells. 

With a decade in North Wales social housing and an ACCA from Bangor University, Gareth ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget and with community benefit front and centre. A family man and numbers enthusiast, he finds purpose in Cyd Innovation’s tangible impact on real lives.

With over 30 years of public sector experience, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for business process improvement. When she’s not keeping us all on track, you’ll likely find Kelly on the dance floor.

Natalie brings over 10 years experience in the construction industry to Cyd. As a qualified Architect, she has previously worked on residential schemes of all sizes across the UK before qualifying as a Retrofit Coordinator. She was drawn to Cyd because of their commitment to social value and passion for real change through retrofit.

Passionate about sustainable innovation, Charlene uses project management and retrofit expertise to deliver energy-efficient solutions. With a BEng(Hons) and Level 5 Diploma, she thrives at Cyd Innovation’s collaborative, forward-thinking environment dedicated to reducing carbon and energy costs.

With over 12 years managerial experience across retail and energy, Andrew brings strong leadership and a Level 5 diploma in retrofit co-ordination and risk management. Known for his dry wit and love of football, he’s driven by a genuine alignment between Cyd Innovation’s mission and his own values.

Karen’s hands-on experience spans plumbing, social housing, and site management, bringing practical insight to every project. Creative in and out of work, she enjoys up-cycling furniture in her spare time. She excels in Cyd Innovation’s fast-moving environment, where no two days are the same.

Jamie blends agency-side recruitment experience with a Business Management degree to support inclusive, people-first processes. She specialises in DEI, system implementation and engagement strategies, and thrives in Cyd Innovation’s culture of wellbeing and creativity.

With a strong foundation in Finance, HR, and Payroll, Jo brings over two decades of experience, having grown from a part-time bookkeeper to General Manager and Director at my previous company. I'm ACCA qualified (though no longer registered) and passionate about continuous learning and leadership. Outside of work, Jo enjoys travelling, reading, and long walks, excited to join Cyd due to the workplace valuing inclusivity, transparency, and genuine connection

A passionate environmentalist with a 1st Class Geography degree, Ruby is dedicated to reducing fuel poverty and strengthening communities. Through local initiatives and sustainability projects, she finds daily meaning in the work she does at Cyd Innovation.

With a 1st class degree from Bangor University and 5 years of B2B marketing experience, Joshua leads on strategy, SEO, and campaign performance. He enjoys turning insight into action and seeing ideas deliver real results. Outside of work, he stays active through regular fitness training.

Ceri has over 16 years of experience as a PA, supporting senior leaders across many sectors, including global FMCG, technology and most recently energy transition. As a mum of two young children, her spare time is minimal! When she does have a minute, she enjoys binging a box set and reading.
