Level 2 Home Survey (Survey Only) is a comprehensive assessment that includes an extensive roof space inspection and drainage chamber inspection. It provides detailed advice on defects that may affect the property, as well as recommendations for necessary maintenance or repairs. This survey is ideal for those buying or selling a conventional house, flat or bungalow constructed from common building materials in reasonable condition.
Level 2 Home Survey (Survey and Valuation) Encompasses all the features with the addition of a market valuation and an insurance reinstatement figure.
Level 3 Home Survey (Formerly known as the “RICS Building Survey“) is the most comprehensive survey report available. It offers an extensive, in-depth analysis of the property’s condition, including detailed advice on defects, repairs and maintenance options. This option is most suitable for large, older, or deteriorated properties, or buildings that are unusual or have been altered, or if you are planning major works.
